I absolutely freakin hate it when ...

I forget to push the switch down on the rice cooker. You know what i'm talking about? like, you're hungry as hell, you're practically pulling iron chef status in the kitchen; just trying to fix yourself a hot meal for dinner after a long day (not that I can cook that great, but still). Then you go have a seat, 15 minutes later you go to check on your rice, because it SHOULD be done by then right? you open the damn lid, and all you see.. is freaking water atop a layer of freaking rice grains.

Departure

It's FINALLY here!
I leave for sj friday, pretty dope and hyped for EVERYTHING

man.. don't even know where to start
but lately it's been chill, 4th of july was dope haha spent about $300 on fireworks..
the hella LEGAL ones of course.

posting now because I'll be busy all week and won't have time to blog anything, not like anyone looks here haha
but it makes you feel semi-important like.. the life of Andrew Trieu, epic of course.

on another note, found out that my homies from a dance crew called supreme soul(that i used to dance with before i moved to the east coast) is fucking hella famous now and shit
=( my 10 seconds of fame gone like that.
As much as i'm happy they got up, and made a name for themselves. I'm just bummed out, event after event.. day after day..

it seems i've lost out on a lot..

18th bday was spent in a new place not knowing anyone

it seems like yesterday that i moved here but yet, it's already been almost 9 months..
i mean it's the past, nothing i can do about it now. It would've just been nice to stay a little longer before moving or atleast graduated with my High School class, and say bye to everyone before they left for college.

And to end this bummed out state of mind
i'm REALLY excited for visiting, I for sure won't be spending it sleeping in. every minute will be worth it.

Pre Departure

So my visit back to origin(my home town), is longggg overdue! I have been trying to plan the trip ever since I moved to this two toned town. Finally I have put my words into action. My exact departure date is July 10, 2008!! Really hyped for it, I actually cannot wait. I miss all my friends, family, and other(lol).

My constant rush to get to San Jose, is because I was pulled out of my element half way into my senior year. Moving to the east coast 2 weeks before my 18th bday.. and I didn't even get to come through to see my friends' graduations like I originally planned on doing. So if any of you are reading, i'm sorry. I wish everyone who I once went to school with that you have a great rest of your life and it was nice knowing you. For those that I will be seeing, i'll see you VERY soon!

Blog One.. haven't been involved in any blogging since way back in the days of (battling) in the dance circles wayyy back in middle school. Let me start by telling a little about myself. My name is Andrew Trieu, born and raised in California, but now reside in New York. Things have changed immensely over the years.. but no point in reminiscing on the past. To give a little run through, my life consists of so much complexity that I couldn't even scratch the surface even if I had forever to write about it. I'm a thinker, and am always thinking about everything that is my gift and my curse and thus I'm bad at decision making because I'm always thinking about possibilities and consequences I have a PASSION for art especially drawing, photography, dance , style (Fashion aka STEELO aka STEEZ.) and music.YES music is an art, and not only that.. there's also a song for just about anything. My most dominant personality traits would be that I'm known for being very outgoing (party animal). I couldn't live without my family or my friends, I do not regret anything in my life because I would not be the man I am today, I love having good conversations and pointless laughs. I am a scoprio and am HUGE on being clean I tend to wash my hands everytime I get near a sink. Yes, I do believe in karma, i'm ambidextrous. Absolutley love the piano, shoes, and scented candles.

From the time I first was able to read, poetry has always played a big role in my life. I've always written poems, in the past. It's funny how things come about, with the whole poetry thing that is. One day back in highschool a friend of mine read a poem of mine, he said "dude, this is pretty good you should turn these poems into words". By this, he meant rap it. Honestly i'm not big on being called a RAPPER. However there are two types of rap. Some might call it Hip Hop, but most of the stuff I hear.. I consider it Hip POP. Music nowadays is diluted with the commercial appeal and my saying is that "i'd rather chooes freedom over radio plays"

I don't really expect anyone to read my blogs, but if you do i'll post up some stuff i've written every now and then. About my love for style and shoes, i'll be posting up pictures of what I wore today from time to time as well.
