I absolutely freakin hate it when ...
I forget to push the switch down on the rice cooker. You know what i'm talking about? like, you're hungry as hell, you're practically pulling iron chef status in the kitchen; just trying to fix yourself a hot meal for dinner after a long day (not that I can cook that great, but still). Then you go have a seat, 15 minutes later you go to check on your rice, because it SHOULD be done by then right? you open the damn lid, and all you see.. is freaking water atop a layer of freaking rice grains.
